Are my details safe when ordering online?
Yes. Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout all the major capital cities in Australia and just about anywhere on the planet. Click here for further details on deliveries.

Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?
We deliver Monday to Saturday but do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays.
What is the deadline for placing orders?
MONDAY TO FRIDAY
2.00 pm (AEST) is the deadline for same day delivery to all capital cities around Australia.
SATURDAY
10.30 am (AEST) is the deadline for same day delivery to all capital cities around Australia.


For regional orders please allow at least 24 hours for delivery.
International orders please allow at least 48 hours for delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?
For online, fax and phone orders we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Diners Club.

Can I make changes or cancel my order?
If the order has not been despatched, then it may be possible to change details to that order. Should you need to cancel an order, we must receive notice 24 hours prior to the delivery date. Cancellations and changes to any orders will attract a small administrative fee of $15.00. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. Orders that are already prepared or dispatched may not be cancelled. Please phone us immediately should you have any changes or need to cancel an order.

What if the recipient is not home or not at work?
Generally, if no one is home or not at work, our couriers are instructed to leave the flowers at the front door if it is safe to do so or with the front desk. If the recipient lives in an apartment block, the courier will leave the order somewhere safe. If it is returned to Flower Envy a $15.00 redelivery fee will apply.

What if the address is incorrect?
Please be especially careful when providing delivery details. The more accurate information you can provide the better it is! If an incorrect address has been supplied, a redirection fee of $15 will apply.
