Gift & Flower Delivery

Flower Envy uses its own courier drivers as well as reputable courier companies and professional affiliates around the country and the globe, which enable us to monitor & safely deliver your flower or gift virtually anywhere on the planet.


All our prices include GST and standard delivery and handling fees.


Same Day Delivery
(Australian Capital and major Cities only)

Orders for same day delivery must be received prior to 10.30 am (AEST) Monday to Saturday.
All orders received after these times will be delivered the following business day.



  • We cannot guarantee deliveries to schools before 3pm unless ordered at least the day before.
  • All hospital deliveries (especially to intensive care units) are considered as delivered even if it is left safely at the nurse's station.
  • All hotel deliveries are considered delivered when left safely with concierge or reception.
  • With most apartment (unit block) deliveries, we call before despatching the order. This reduces problems with security entrances, pets and theft within the building in case the order is left outside the apartment door during the day. Otherwise the order may be delivered in the afternoon and left safely then.
(Australian Regional areas)
Same day gift and flower delivery is not offered for regional areas.
Please allow at least 24 hours for delivery.
Same day gift and flower delivery is not offered for international destinations.
Please allow at least 48 hours for delivery.

Delivery Times
Orders will be delivered to business addresses by 5:00pm and residential addresses by 8:00pm assuming all the recipient details are correct. If an incorrect address has been supplied or the delivery is redirected, a fee of $15 will apply.If the recipient is not at home/work, your order may be left safely at the delivery destination.


Specific Time Deliveries
Flower Envy cannot guarantee specific time deliveries. It is strongly advised that you contact our customer service team prior to placing your order online if you require an urgent time or specific time delivery as these requests may not be able to be met and/or incur extra delivery fees.

Please note: While Flower Envy offers customers the opportunity to nominate a preferred time of delivery (i.e. AM, PM or ASAP) it is not possible to guarantee that these times will be achieved.  Consequently, there are often local reasons why an order can not be delivered within your preferred time frame (for example, courier delivery times).

If the flowers are for a timed event (for example, a funeral), we will do our best to assist. However, we strongly recommends that you provide us with an alternative address so the flowers can be delivered elsewhere if too late for the timed event.

If a delivery should not be made after a certain time (for example, if the recipient is leaving the hotel), please either provide an alternative delivery address within the same delivery area or advise that the order should be cancelled in the Special Requests / Comments box at the checlout page.

Sunday and Public Holiday Deliveries

We do NOT deliver on Sundays or public holidays. Please ensure that your chosen delivery date does not fall into either category, otherwise it will be delivered on the next working day.


Affiliate Deliveries
Images on this website are a guide only and changes to design and / or content may incur between affiliates. Should Flower Envy use an affiliate to make and deliver your order, we will be able to guarantee value but not design. Delivery delays may occur during peak times and with delivery destinations which fall outside the 30 Kilometre radius of a capital city.
Funeral Services
It is advised that orders for funeral services be placed online at least 24 hours prior to the funeral service. Late orders may incur extra delivery charges.



Flower Envy can not guarantee the delivery of alcohol to some states of Australia and to some international destinations. If we are unable to deliver the alcohol because of age, religious or legal reasons we will replace the alcohol with an equal value of flowers or gifts. You will be notified of the change.


Substitution Policy

If a type of flower or product is unavailable, it will be substituted with a similar alternative of the same or greater value. If there are any major changes to your order, you will be notified via email or phone.
