If you need to cancel your order, we must receive your request 24 hours prior to the requested delivery date. A $15 cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. Orders that are already prepared or dispatched may not be cancelled.
All refunds will be processed on the same credit card used for your order.
We reserve the right to refuse service on any order which may contain bad language, insufficient or incorrect delivery details or do not comply with our policies. In addition, all orders which fail our strict validation process will be automatically cancelled. In any case, a $10 administration fee will apply and you will be notified via email or phone.
If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your order, we will need to inspect the flowers/gifts within 48 hours to enable a proper and fair assessment. All our flower care instructions must be followed.
